Welcome to TrustEdge Auto Transport. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, communications with our business, and requests for vehicle transportation services.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or arranging auto transport services.

By accessing our website or requesting our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. Any binding transportation agreement will be governed by the terms accepted during booking and applicable law.

2. Services Provided

TrustEdge Auto Transport offers customers information and assistance concerning the following vehicle transportation services:

  • Open Car Transport
  • Enclosed Car Transport
  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

Service availability depends on the vehicle, transportation route, carrier availability, scheduling requirements, and other relevant conditions.

The precise role of TrustEdge Auto Transport, including whether it acts as a motor carrier or transportation broker, must be identified in the applicable booking agreement.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Customers may request vehicle shipping quotes through our website, telephone, or email.

Quotes are based on information supplied by the customer, including vehicle type, condition, dimensions, pickup location, delivery destination, and requested dates.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, an initial quote is an estimate and does not guarantee a final transportation price.

Pricing may change if shipment information is inaccurate, transportation requirements change, or additional services are requested.

Before accepting a booking, customers should review the final quoted price, payment requirements, and any applicable additional charges.

4. Booking and Scheduling

A request for a quote does not automatically create a confirmed transportation booking.

A booking becomes effective according to the acceptance requirements stated in the applicable booking agreement.

Pickup and delivery dates may depend on carrier availability, weather conditions, traffic, road restrictions, and operational circumstances.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, pickup and delivery dates are estimates.

Customers must provide accurate contact details and remain reasonably available for transportation-related communications.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning their vehicles and transportation requirements.

Before pickup, customers should:

  • Remove personal belongings unless expressly authorized.
  • Disclose mechanical problems and fluid leaks.
  • Identify vehicle modifications or unusual dimensions.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is accessible for pickup.
  • Provide necessary keys or access devices.
  • Follow the carrier’s vehicle preparation instructions.
  • Arrange for an authorized individual to attend pickup and delivery.

Customers must have the legal authority to authorize transportation of the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

The vehicle’s visible condition should be documented during pickup using the applicable inspection report or Bill of Lading.

Customers or their authorized representatives should review the inspection information and identify any inaccuracies.

At delivery, the receiving party should inspect the vehicle before completing the delivery documentation.

Any newly observed damage should be documented on the delivery paperwork and reported according to the applicable carrier agreement and claims procedures.

Signing an inspection document does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers should not leave cash, jewelry, important documents, electronics, or other valuables inside vehicles being transported.

Personal property may be prohibited or subject to restrictions under carrier policies and applicable regulations.

Coverage for personal belongings is not necessarily included in vehicle transportation insurance.

Customers must obtain written authorization before leaving any personal property inside the vehicle.

8. Pickup and Delivery Accessibility

Door-to-door transportation is subject to safe and lawful access.

Large auto transport carriers may be unable to enter certain residential streets, gated communities, restricted roads, or areas with limited maneuvering space.

If the requested location is inaccessible, the carrier and customer may coordinate a nearby alternative location where vehicle loading or unloading is permitted.

Customers should disclose known access restrictions before scheduling transportation.

9. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods, payment deadlines, deposits, balances, and any applicable fees will be specified during the booking process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable payment terms before confirming their shipment.

No payment obligation or fee is established solely by viewing this website or requesting an initial quote.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the terms accepted at booking, the status of the shipment, and applicable law.

Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible if their transportation plans change.

Any applicable cancellation fees, deposit treatment, or refund conditions must be disclosed in the booking agreement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory refund rights provided by applicable law.

11. Insurance and Liability

Vehicle transportation may be subject to the motor carrier’s applicable insurance coverage, policy exclusions, deductibles, and claims procedures.

Customers should request and review relevant coverage information before shipping.

TrustEdge Auto Transport does not represent that every type of loss or damage is covered.

Responsibility for loss, damage, or delay will depend on the applicable agreement, the parties’ legal roles, and governing law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

12. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Transportation schedules may be affected by severe weather, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, traffic conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, and other events outside a party’s reasonable control.

When delays occur, the parties’ rights and responsibilities will be determined by the applicable transportation agreement and governing law.

Please review that policy to understand how personal information may be collected, used, shared, and protected.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted under applicable federal law and, where not preempted, the laws of the State of California.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

TrustEdge Auto Transport may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational, legal, or website changes.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively modify an existing binding transportation agreement unless permitted by law and agreed to as required.
